3. out of 5 stars HEAD/PURE- THE JESUS LIZARD. This version has their first EP-PURE on it. I recommend this album to any JL fan. I have all of their albums,and they are all very good. I find it very difficult to express or choose which one I like the best. I like them all,even BLUE, AND SHOT. AWESOME BAND!5/5(3).

8. The place to start for those new to the Jesus Lizard, this two-fer collects on one CD the first EP release (Pure) and first LP release (Head) of the notorious '90s noise rock band. It does a fine job of completing the picture of the band's early work.
